During  the invitation of the Bulgarian South African Chamber of Commerce and its president Franz Joseph Grenzebach in the restaurant Villa Marciana (the village of Padina) an official reception was organized to mark the twinning of Cape Town and Varna. Along with Her Excellency Sheila Camerer, Ambassador of South Africa in Bulgaria and the recent elected governor of Varna region Costa Basitov, the event honored a number of official guests. This was an important step towards the improvement of the economic and cultural cooperation between both countries.
